In this session I take a 2-pronged approach to movement.
- Relationship with movement: Discover what movement is truly enjoyable. Uncover negative thought patterns to relieve shame, guilt and punishment during exercise. Reap the benefits of health and connection with movement that supports you.
- The moving part: Learn the most intelligent movement for your body based on your health history, postural assessment and personal goals. This includes learning how to fire stabilizing muscles, proper form, learning contraindications and modifications for your current health conditions, which muscles should be strengthened and where you would benefit from fascial techniques being applied.
1 ON 1 PILATES SESSIONS
Private sessions, tailored specifically for your body, in the comfort of your own home.
Online sessions are workouts individualized for your body’s needs based on the equipment you already have. You’ll receive all of the benefits of working with an instructor at a studio in the comfort and convenience of your own home.
All sessions are based off your individual postural needs, goals, and modified to your health history. You can skip the extra time it takes to get to and from the studio, but still have the commitment of “showing up” to your session and progressing in your practice.

All I can say is FINALLY. Words cannot even begin to describe how grateful I am to have worked with Adrianne.
